NEW BASIC FIRST AID CLASS

Links Training (2008) Ltd have designed a basic 6hr class that will be of help to anyone who wish to increase their first aid skills.
Designed for community groups and clubs etc.
It will cover a range of important topics which can be tailored to suit your own environmental needs following the “Chain of Survival” as defined by the New Zealand Resuscitation Council.

As in all emergency situations the most important period is the first 10-15 mins while waiting for the advanced medical services to arrive on the scene. To be able to support your casualty for this period of time with the basics of First Aid can greatly make all the difference to the well-being of the casualty
Just basic skills without all the assessments and exams

The participant will receive certificate of attendance and feel a whole lot more confident about helping in an emergency situation, able to assist those who hold full certification of workplace unit standards.

Commencing in November and is to become a standard on-going class available and affordable to anyone who wishes to increase their First Aid Knowledge
